Includes: Driveway, backyard area, 2+ car detached garage, BBQ grill, fire pit, a few tables and chairs, and port-a-pottie. This space is very flexible, allowing you to have an intimate gathering or a large party.
If you only park cars and pack them in, perhaps to tailgate elsewhere, there's enough space to park about 15 vehicles. If you want to leave the garage open for food and drink and have space for tailgating, you'd want fewer cars.
