Ann Arbor monthly parking is a scarce commodity.  South Main 545 (The old Fingerle Orange Lot) is a short walk to down town Ann Arbor, surrounding homes, and apartment buildings. 
 

Lot Information:

• Lot is paved and fenced
• Parking Hours: 24x7 (restrictions apply, see below and Rental Agreement)
• No Parking Football Saturdays or other Michigan Stadium events
• MUST display paid receipt on driver-side dashboard
• Vehicles without displayed current paid receipt wil be TOWED
• Spots are assigned

Rate Information:

• $160.00 per month, due on 1st of the month
• Rate subject to taxes, transaction fees, and change
• No rate prorations or refunds
• Other Terms & Conditions Apply
