Short Walk to Michigan Stadium, EZ-Out Parking

Finding a place to park and tailgate for a University of Michigan football game in Ann Arbor, Michigan can be very frustrating!  Located just north of the Big House, Brown Street 818 is a short walk to University of Michigan Stadium.  With Park N Party, reserving a parking spot at Brown Street 818 is quick and easy. 

Oversized Vehicles ("OSV"):  Brown Street 818 permits certain types of OSV parking.  Cars and SUVs under 17' in Length and 79" Wide (includes mirrors and runningboards) are permitted.  Trucks up to 19' in Length and 84" Wide are permitted.  Trucks MUST reserve "Truck" parking only.

NOTE: ALL Trucks MUST purchase "Truck" Parking.

Tents Space:  There are a limited number of Tent spaces per game.  Tents require a separate "Truck" Reservation.  You must have a vehicle reservation to reserve space for a Tent, limit one Tent Space per Vehicle Reservation.  Maximum Tent size is 10' x 10'.  No more than 10 people per Tent space.  For larger groups, contact Park N Party at 888.926.7275 or support@parknparty.com.

Special Instructions:

• No RVs, Campers, or Over-sized Vehicles (see OSV list).  
• Tailgating is permitted in a limited area directly behind vehicle. 
• Tents require a Truck Reservation (max. 10' x 10'), see above.
• No Port-a-pottie Available
• Propane grills allowed... NO Charcoal grills
• All Trucks require a "Truck" Reservation, regardless of size.
• Paved Lot
• All spots are EZ out.
