How to Create Your Park N Party Parking Pass
Before arriving at your parking lot, follow these steps to check in, create your Parking Pass, and choose whether to print, email, or text the pass. Note: You cannot check in and create a Parking Pass earlier than two days before an event.
Important: Your Parking Pass contains a required QR Code. The QR Code must be scanned by the Lot attendant when you arrive.
Warning: Do not scan the QR Code yourself. Scanning your own QR Code may invalidate your Parking Pass. No refund or credit will be issued for a pass invalidated by customer scanning.
1. Log in to your Park N Party account.
Log in to your Park N Party account, select My Purchases, locate the reservation for your event.
2. Click the “Print Pass” button.
From your reservation screen, click the Print Pass button. This begins the check-in process.
Click Print Pass next to the reservation you want to check in.
3. Read the agreement and check the box.
Review the Park N Party Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Our Guarantee. Then check the box confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions.
The Create Parking Pass button will not appear until the agreement box is checked.
4. Click the “Create Parking Pass” button.
After you check the agreement box, the Create Parking Pass button will appear. Click the button to create your Parking Pass.
Once the agreement box is checked, click Create Parking Pass.
5. Select how you want to receive your Parking Pass.
After your Parking Pass has been created, your reservation screen will show three options: Print Pass, Email Pass, and Text Pass.
Choose Print Pass, Email Pass, or Text Pass.
6. To email your Parking Pass, click “Email Pass.”
Click the Email Pass button. Your account email address will appear by default. You may use the default email address or enter a different email address. Click Send to email the Parking Pass.
Use Email Pass to send the Parking Pass to your account email or another email address.
7. To text your Parking Pass, click “Text Pass.”
Click the Text Pass button. Your account cellphone number will appear by default. Click Send to text the Parking Pass to your phone.
Use Text Pass to send the Parking Pass to the cellphone number on your account.
QR Code Warning: Your Parking Pass contains a QR Code that is required for lot entry.
The Lot attendant will scan the QR Code when you arrive. Do not scan the QR Code yourself.
8. Bring your Parking Pass to the lot.
Present your Parking Pass to the Lot attendant when you arrive. You may show the Parking Pass on your phone or bring a printed copy (recommended as a backup, when possible). The QR Code must be visible for the attendant to scan.
