Parking Questions

Check out our Park N Party Video.  It will give you an overview of how things work.  Click here.

Park N Party Pioneer High School reserved parking is "General Auto".  This means, no assigned parking spot or guarantee as to where you'll park.  However, your best chance of parking together is to arrive together, one after the other.  Based upon the circumstances at the time, attendants try to be accommodating.

For a standard event, the parking spot you reserved will be held up to 30 minutes before an event's originally scheduled start time. For a premium event (e.g., Michigan vs. Notre Dame), your spot will be held up to 60 minutes before the originally scheduled start time.

Unless otherwise stated, reservations are for a specific parking lot, not for a specific parking space.

If you arrive "on-time" and the parking lot is full, please be sure to provide the parking lot attendant your name, license plate number, and transaction ID.

NOTE: If you arrive "on-time" and the Lot indicates it's full, be sure to speak directly with an attendant BEFORE departing the Lot or calling Park n Party.  Usually, "full" is referring to game day cash customers, NOT Park n Party reservation customers.

To request a refund, you MUST contact Park n Party customer service within 48 hours of the event

(support@parknparty.com). If a refund is provided, please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for a Reservation Fee refund to be processed through the credit card system. For late arrivals, refunds are not available.

If an event is cancelled or postponed prior to event day, your Parking Reservation and Convenience Fees will be refunded.

If a cancellation or postponement occurs on event day for any reason (e.g., weather, acts of god, etc.), it will be up to each Lot Owner to decide whether or not to issue a Reservation Fee refund.

Convenience Fees are not refunded for event day postponements.

See Our Guarantee and Terms of Service for specific details.

Parking and tailgate prices are set by each Lot Owner.  The Convenience Fee is set by Park n Party.

Proof of your reservation comes in the form of a printed or digital Park n Party Parking Pass.  A Parking Pass is created when you "check-in".

Roughly 48 hours prior to an event, you can begin to check-in your vehicle.  Normally, Park n Party emails a "Check-in Reminder" to your account's email address.  Be sure that your Inbox will accept emails from support@parknparty.com.

The Check-in process requires that you assign a vehicle to your Reservation.  Once completed, your Parking Pass is created and can be printed, emailed, texted, or saved to a pdf file.

Most Lots require that you show the attendant your PRINTED Parking Pass and that you display it prominently on your vehicle's dashboard.  Others permit you to show the barcode or QR code for entry.

It's always a good idea to bring a printed Parking Pass as backup.

The definition of a TRUCK is pretty simple, if it has a flatbed (whether covered or not) it's a truck.

Some Lots specifically prohibit Trucks.  Others permit Trucks to a maximum length of 19'.  Some indicate no vehicle larger than an F150 (again, the maximum length is 19').

IMPORTANT: Check the Lot's Park n Party webpage to learn about its Truck and Over-sized Vehicle Policy.

If you bring a Truck to a lot that prohibits Trucks, you will NOT receive a refund.  If you bring a Truck longer than 19' to a Lot that prohibits them or otherwise violates the Lot's policies, you will NOT receive a refund.

An OVER-SIZED VEHICLE includes, but is not limited to, all Trucks, Vans, Passenger Vans, RVs, Buses, Trailers, Campers, large SUVs (e.g., Armada, Escalade, Expedition, Suburban, Mercedes GL class, Navigator, Sequoia, etc.), and other vehicles.

If you bring an Over-sized Vehicle to a lot that prohibits them, you will NOT receive a refund.

If you have any questions about Trucks or Over-sized Vehicle, please contact us prior to making a reservations.

What is the maximum length Truck that can park at Ann Arbor Golf & Outing Club?

The maximum Truck length allowed at the Golf Course is 22'.

When registering your RV, from the drop-down list of Makes select the generic "RV".  The only Model available will be "RV".

No! Per our Terms of Use, the resale or transfer of any Park n Party product(s) or services is strictly prohibited.

Unfortunately, a refund can not be given in this situation.

Maybe.  Parking reservations are for a specifc Lot, not necessarily a specifc parking space.  Some Lots offer "Side by Side" parking.  When available, Side by Side parking reservations require one person to make the reservation for the entire group.

A Convenience Fee is a fee charged by Park n Party for making and managing your parking reservation.

If you arrive on time, a full refund can be arranged.  If you were late, your Reservation Fee will not be refunded.  For specific details, check Our Guarantee.

In either case, please be sure to contact Park n Party Customer Support (support@parknparty.com) to request a refund.  If granted, please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for a refund to be processed through the credit card system.

No.  Park N Party does not own or operate any parking lots.  All parking lots are independently owned and operated.  Each lot establishes and enforces it own pricing, rules, and regulations.

Yes! When it's time to assign a vehicle, select the "Rental Vehicle" option and follow the steps.
